Do you like Turkish food? Influence on the Hungarian cuisine

Hungarians and Turkish people lived more than 150 years in the past. A lot of interesting influences happened in the Middle Ages.

Do you know why I am ready to make a kebab at home?

In 2010, I participated in a big cooking course in Slovenia.

There were Slovenians, Turks, Poles, Italians, and Hungarian students and participants.

We learned from he best chef of Slovenia, who has his own cooking school close to the capital, Ljubljana.

Do you know that Ljubljana is also famous for the dragons and hot chocolate?

Ljubljana has a beautiful mountain with a castle and a huge food market.

Did you know that on our first day, we learned how to beg for food at this big food market??

Did you know that we lived in an orphanage?

And a lot more...
