Let's talk about 3 Cheeses

 1. Oscypek from Poland, from the High-Tatra Mountain

This kind of smoked cheese is very popular in Hungary. I have been there a few times in the Tatry. What is the most memorable situation from there?

Once I took a train and a bus/coach to go from Poland to Hungary. Around Zakopane, there is a very high slope road, and our coach was forced to move very fast, as there was nearly an accident in front of us...

Hmm... I was praying a bit...

Nah, but let's see the cheese:

2. Amsterdam Cheese tasting

When I was in the 2016 Summer in Amsterdam, I visited a lot of places, one of my favourites was the Cheese factory or Cheese tasting. One day, I was walking around and looking for interesting events. Next to the tulip or flower market, there was a chees tasting place, but maybe it was next to the tram way. I also bought a fridge magnet, which I have had for years on the fridge. It was a circle, on a white surface, there was a cheese man figure with brown color.

This was Henri Willig Since 1974

3. Tihany Camembert

It is a Hungarian cheese brand, that was part of my childhood, we loved to have in the fridge, and eat it with walnuts.
The name Tihany is a place next to the Balaton, which is the biggest lake in Europe.
