In the Hungarian language, we also cook the spirits.

Did you know that my maternal grandfather was also a Pálinkafőző / Gyümölcspálinka-gyártó - Certified Distillery Technician? He was the head of the spirits house for a decade.

So I always kept in my mind that I will also be one day!

I was a chef winemaker in 2008-2009, and the owner of the winery also wanted to become a Pálinkafőző / Gyümölcspálinka-gyártó - Certified Distillery Technician. So we went to the course and the practice and we graduated!
